Our Air Handling Units are made with premium-grade materials and advanced HVAC technology to ensure long-lasting performance and reliable air management. Each AHU is built using double-skin PUF or rockwool insulated panels, heavy-duty GI/Aluminium/SS frames, and high-efficiency centrifugal or EC fans for maximum airflow and energy savings.
We made AHU units with high-quality filters (Pre-Filter, Fine Filter, HEPA), thermal break profiles, low-noise components, and corrosion-resistant construction, making them ideal for hospitals, pharmaceuticals, clean rooms, commercial buildings, and industrial applications.
AHU Unit Features:
- The panels are made out of pre-coated Gl PUF panels
- Heavy-duty extruded aluminum profile construction
- Access doors with extra strong locks & fittings
- High-efficiency forward- or backward-curved DIDW centrifugal blower (AMCA-certified)
- choice of direct expansion cooling coil with chilled water cooling coil is available
- Fine filter options are available
- SS Drain pan available for proper drainage of condensate
- Mixing chambers of fresh air and return air are available
- TEFC induction motor AC supply: 415 +/-10% volts.
